Your card will be charged $197, for 3 consecutive months, there are no extra fees. Your card will be charged at time of checkout. After that it will be charged on that same day every month. If your card is denied, or has insufficient funds you will be contacted by phone and email. When this happens there will be no charge if payment is paid within 3 days. If payment isn’t made within 3 days your membership will be terminated.

REFUND POLICY

Because getting results requires a high level of commitment from you, and because Julie allocates fixed time and resources to supporting you, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire coaching agreement, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the sessions, and regardless of whether you have selected to invest in full or pay with a payment plan.

Adjustments to our coaching agreement, such as temporarily suspending our work together, may be made on a case-by-case basis in the event of a documented illness, injury, or other emergency.

These materials are copyrighted and may only be used for personal use and must not be shared with anyone without written permission from Life Balance. 

Julie Hawkes and Life Balance offer educational materials and energy modalities that in no way substitute for medical interventions, medication, or psychotherapy. Julie makes no promises nor treatment claims and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure health conditions. She may make suggestions for self-care as well as appropriate referrals. 

You understand and acknowledge that Julie Hawkes and Life Balance does not make any claims, medical or otherwise, regarding the treatment of the above therapies or services and that you take full responsibility for your health and any decisions made. This document shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. 

You agree jointly and severally hereby forever release, discharge, acquit, forgive and hold harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, agreements, and each of them if more than one, liabilities, judgments, and proceedings both at law and in equity arising from the beginning of time to the date of these presents and as more particularly related to or arriving from the personal demonstration of any of the above mentioned services.

It is further agreed that any controversy, dispute or claim between releaser and/or his/her representatives and any other party arising out of and/or involving any therapy or care provide by Julie Hawkes and Life Balance shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Associations’ arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The demand for arbitration must be in writing and must be made by the aggrieved party within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the demand.
